Pattern: 198 Yards of Heaven Shawl by Christy Verity
Yarn: Patons Classic Wool
Colorway: Jade Heather
Needles: US 8 circulars
Size: 42 inches across 21.5 inches deep
Skills: Casting on, decreasing (SSK & K2tog), increasing (YO), intermediate chart and written instruction following, knitting bind-off and blocking
Notes: Lovely knit. Gotta love a lace shawl in worsted weight yarn. Admittedly, I got a little discouraged for a moment at the end, but blocking….ohhhhhhh the blocking made everything sooooooo much better. I really enjoyed blocking this. It was very easy to pin up and very rewarding.

Its a fab little pattern and turns out nice and cozy. We ‘re having some serious June-Gloom right now in Los Angeles so its come in handy in the early morning and late at night when I’m out and about (and freezing!).
